Dino Siotis was born in 1944 on the island of Tinos, Greece and was educated at Athens University and San Francisco State University. He is a poet, novelist,  and critic and has published thirteen books of poetry and fiction in English and Greek. He edits Mondo Greco in Boston and DE(KATA) in Athens.
