BIO
I hold a B.A. in English Language and Literature from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, Greece, and I plan on applying for a postgraduate program in Translation. I am interested in linguistic and literature studies, especially comparative linguistics and comparative literature. Literature translation is for me the most fulfilling type of translation but I also find audiovisual translation quite fascinating. Translation is not only a means of connecting cultures; it does not only offer a better understanding of the language/culture you are translating from, but also a better insight into your own language/culture (or the one you are translating into).
