Robert Mazur resides in New Jersey, U.S., where he is currently studying poets and orators of ancient Greece. Like modernist poets such as H.D., he believes that we can advance contemporary poetry and discourse by examining ancient authors. He received his B.A. in Greek and Latin at Stockton University and aspires to teach those same languages. He would argue that everyone should learn Greek, even if his professor were not standing behind him.
